What better way to dispose off old Harriers and get them replaced by JSFs? Insurgents just helped Lockheed Martin up the heat in their near future sales pitch. 
Besides, I think it is the drones that are the real terror to Taliban rather than jets that are just stationed there for limited use.

I didn't get your point. What if there were JSF instead of Harrier sitting there. Then what would they replace them with? An invisible fighter jet? lol

Ofcourse you do. But the matter has been and will remain so; back and forth.
They are the ones who led the invasion with a few hundred and push the Taliban out to Pakistan losing Afghanistan in the process in a matter of weeks.

Six AV-8B Harrier jets were destroyed and two others were damaged, international forces said. Six aircraft hangers suffered damage, while six refueling stations were destroyed, it said.
plz foucus on above also.....i have one serious point in my mind that after OBL Ops the seals hali was destroyed with all seal...after kamra base attaked i read above.....??? now i read in news paper that US is send his Mil force to Muslims state where protest going....yar yeh humaray mulkoon mne chanda mangnay walo par pabandi lagta hy magar apny padreee par ni....
