Japan is one of the most technologically advanced nations in the world, if they wanted to build a bomb they could do it themselves easily.

But in fact they are the most anti-nuclear weapons country in the world, and at the forefront of the global non-proliferation movement.

Which is understandable, considering that they are so far the only victims of a nuclear weapons attack on a civilian population.

I am aware of that , but the way Chinese are behaving these days, the day is not far when Japan may have to take a different approach.

Has anyone stopped you from giving blue print to Vietnam?, no one gives a hoot if you do or you don't, its just comforting ones self by saying we will do this and that after being told we do what we want who the hell are you by China.

On a serious note who takes India seriously other then Bhutan, look at srilanka they have shown you the middle finger and let China build a port, Bangladesh the same, Maldives even told you to f off.

Indian always do this....when they want to do something.....they start crying about that and put blame on others to divert the attention....
Now US is going to give them more Civil Nuclear Energy for agriculture and other sectors...and they knew that may be Pakistan will object on this Civil Nuclear Energy Transfer.......so they start blaming Pakistan and China to divert the attention...

Same kind of things they do on LOC.......attack first and then immediately start crying that Pakistani opened fire on us.....and Pakistanis may be sleeping in the home....
