Well put... we will need to "eat grass" and build on. But the question is do we have the political or social will to sacrifice & make it happen?

you dont require eating grasss to build it
it will require mere 10% of developemental project or say just 30-40billion rupees per year to build it(4 billion dollars per 10 years, rest can be met via loans, supplier credit)
