Solution of these problems + Solution of Pakistan's most problem's lies in restructuring the military and moving it away from the cities. The entire Military (above 6 Lakh) is sitting in the cities (cantts). As long as they sit in cities and yet no law is applicable to them. They do security for only their cantts (as if they were paid to protect themselves) . These all things conclusively prove that Pakistan Army is a colonial military. The notion that its the only military in the world, which captures its own country (country's land & resources & even controls the govts) is absolutely True.
The Cantts were designed by British as colonial force. Only a non professional military will sit inside the cities making civilians as their human shield. Unfortunately Pak Army is entirely based in the cities. Hardly few thousands are on the borders. The entire Corps are within the cities.
The idea place for military is the regions between cities and the border. That's where army needs to be re-located. So you'd know your job is to protect the civilians. Otherwise, if military remains in cities, its interests in Real estate, in govts, in other city businesses will always keep grooming and you will always see the conflicts and incidents that promote further and further hatred until it reaches at the level of Eastern Pakistan (Bangladesh). We have seen way number of times military goons sometimes kidnaps motorway police, sometimes any ordinary citizen, sometimes beating a citizen for road accident, This is beyond disgusting. While no one can even think to lodge FIR on them. If this is not an occupied country then what it is ?. We also see whenever a high ranking officer is coming out of Cantts then a Hilux with soldiers sitting behind, showing guns outside. Perfectly shows a picture of a true banana republic and a military that's far from professional. Nowhere in developed world or even in developing world you'd ever see such visuals. People have lived their entire lives and never saw a single military vehicle within the cities of foreign countries. Even in middle east, you can't even imagine military vehicles roaming in Dubai or Qatar or Riyadh.

Milispec, the psychological terror emanating from the bygone central Asians raids is enough to deter Indians at large to not to speak ill about Indian military establishment Otherwise bhartis would've revolted en masse given the track record of Indian military's atrocities on its own people.

then why did GHQ of all places apologize for not deploying sindh rangers for karachi elections? everyone knows that they are under the ministry in name only. rangers is just another employment scheme for faujis who are too incompetent for the main army, so the army pushes them to rangers, coast guard etc.
