Since the helicopter didn't have Air Conditioner

What was he going to do when in the camp. Is he confusing Refugee camp for a fugee back stage pass?

On his arrival at Dhaka the OIC Secretary General Aiyad Amin Madani had expressed his will to visit the Rohingya camps at Cox’sbazar. The government hastily made all arrangements for the visit. But it was finally cancelled as the helicopter scheduled to carry the guest to Cox’sbazar didn’t have Air Conditioner. Sources said the OIC Secretary General was unwilling to board on a helicopter with no Air Conditioner.
I wonder which choppers BD is using? Air conditioning systems for helicopters have been around for a long time. Some systems in fact still operate with the old CFC-12 (R12) refrigerant, while the newer vapor-cycle systems are serviced with the more environmentally friendly HFC-134a (R134a).

Unless it's a Robinson or a 30 year old Bell!!

Perhaps there was an Indian minister getting a helicopter with AC ride somewhere.

Is it impossible for govt to arrange a AC helicopter ? we have two VVIP helicopter which can be use for the Honorable guest . since the govt have no concern for OIC they didn't bother to the facility of the guest. BTW why a man from a hot country feel so much concern for our relatively less hot weather ?

Its because no one cares Rohingyas.

RAW at it again destroying the relationship between two nations by not providing the AC heli:devil:

Having helicopters doesn't mean that they would be ready on short notice. They might be in maintenance or there might be some other glitches.

For one, Arab countries aren't humid, hot and humid is worst than just hot. Second, do you expect a high standing Arabian official to ever step out of AC?
