What did you want them to do ? Shoot the boy ? There was a bomb scare and they apprehended the boy for questioning and further processing. What do you think, how does the system of justice works ? They deliver right at the spot ? There are standard operating protocols, which are meant to be followed. If every police officer started taking decisions on the site based on his judgement then we will have a thousand different versions of the system of justice. Enough of your playing with victim card already.
If you are so concerned about Muslims being victimized then why don't you ask this question, "Why there are so many Muslim suicide bombers ?"

Why don't you analyze that ? And probably talk to the right kind of people to resolve that ? What is your point really ? That people are prejudiced ? Well they have got sound reasons to be prejudiced. Nobody will risk there neck so that you can have a feel good factor about it, deal with it.

Sir, policies are made precisely for the reason to ensure equal treatment that is not subject to whims that often masquerade as "common sense". The school, teachers and the police followed the correct procedures. If the rules fall short, it is appropriate to get them changed by the prescribed process rather than berate those who apply them fairly. After all, the school is responsible for the safety of all the children it is care. Equally. And by the book.
