as for the bolded part, Are you sure there are no allegations, because I can think of quite a few....

Also for the same coas/president, I am not sure how allegations work in a dicatatorship, please enlighten, how does someone fight a case against an individual who ca pretty much throw out most of the supreme court on the street?

Jehangir Karamat : Don't know much about him.
Musharraf : Overthrew a democratically elected Govt and aligned with US on WOT. A decision whose repercussions are still felt today in Pakistan.
Kayani: Follows Mushraff's policy and is unable to stop US drones and commandos entering Pak territory.
