haryana will grow because of its proximity to Delhi...this is the reason why there are cities like gurgaon,noida in neighboring states of Delhi..

but in terms of gujrat you have to admit that modi has built best roads,ports,power plants,SEZ...
in a normal state it will take decades to achieve something like this...but in gujrat red tape is no more a problem...thanks to modi...

That why JDU/BJP alliance got 206/243 or 85% seats in 2010 elections. Congress or RJD always had main motto of defeating anti-secular forces but for us Biharis getting rid of migrating to other states for job leaving wife-children behind, or getting good roads, electricity, jobs in our own state, crime free state was much more important than defeating anti-Secular forces.
