The SY-400 is a short-range, ground-launched ballistic missile similar to the B-611, P-12, and GWS missiles also produced by the People’s Republic of China (PRC). The SY-400 was first exhibited in October 2008, and it appears similar to the Russian Buk-M1 (SA-11 Gadfly) surface-to-air missile. A larger version, known as SY-400 mod, was displayed in 2011.

The SY-400 has a length of 4.8 m, a body diameter of .4 m, and a launch weight of 600 or 1,175 kg. The missile can carry a single warhead payload with the option of HE (150 kg), or HE fragmentation, submunitions, and EMP (200 to 250 kg). The SY-400 is powered by a solid propellant engine that can carry it up to 200 km. The guidance is believed to be a mid-course INS/GPS system, and possibly a terrain comparison terminal guidance system. The former would have an accuracy of 100 to 150 m, whereas the latter would be 30 to 50 m CEP. The 8 x 8 TEL vehicle can carry 8 SY-400 missiles.

The SY-400 mod has a length of 6.45 m, a body diameter of .4 m, and a launch weight of 1,276 kg. The mod version carries a 300 kg payload capable of delivering a HE blast/fragmentation, FAE, or a 660 cluster bomblet warhead. The range has been reduced to 150 km due to the extra weight of the missile and the payload. The SY-400 mod utilizes a INS/GPS guidance and has an accuracy of 50 m CEP.Both missiles are likely still in development. The SY-400 was expected to enter into service in 2009, but this has not been confirmed. 1

From Lahore to Delhi by the way some where I read Pakistan has bought some other MRL from China eithet it was WS-22 OR WS-32

Thats not how wars work. Any attempt to destroy civilian cities in both countries will deplete the nuclear threshold resulting in an all out nuclear war no one can afford to have.

India has 3 Strike formations, Pakistan has two. Having Stand off weapons like SY-400, M-270s with ACTMS and A-100s will help us keep the third Strike formation at bay, should India choose to mobilize all of them and we find ourselves at a numarical disadvantage.

You chew as much as you can handle.

Yes, you can take out Military buildings, but to indiscriminately start bombing a city your going to face severe retaliation.

This system looks good, but if it falls in category of BMs then we should make our own version not go for Chinese support, I think PA, PAF & PN needs YJ-12 class missiles which can go beyond 500km with ARM version of 200km, it will be big boost as it is a ramjet supersonic missile which will be much more deadly combined with subsonic CMs, and ARM version with 200km range will allow our military to conduct critical SEAD/DEAD mission without risking our assets.

Well if we can get with TOT we should go for it and also few more MRLS and after this our next Target should be latest Surface to Air Missiles for from China

Craziest idea and against the international laws. You can't target civilians and densely populated cities. The world has already seen how that goes and how destructive and sad that is. Not to mention, it would being about massive retaliation from India and a country your size, may lose majority of its densely populated cities. Not sure where these crazy ideas come from.
Also, if your political situation keep getting worse with ongoing violence, all of these purchases will stop and will become a wish list for the next 20 years as you'll be headed towards sanctions and a bankruptcy if uniforms take over yet again.
