Well Pakistan never has shortage of talent
As seen with images above there is no shortage of Good looking people from Pakistan , Movie/TV industry needs a every growing list of people who are ready to perform on big screen and silver screen (TV)
The problems really are we have no interest from National Prespective
Since 80's the Segment was destroyed by Anti Cinema movement
a) National Support for Artisitic need to promote regional content in TV and Cinema
b) National consensus to introduce formal Training for acting in Universities and Colledges
c) Setup of Local Group of Promoter and Investors who would invest in Movie Segment
d) Cooperation with international parties to Import Tools needed to Edit Movies , Songs and Post production worK
Western World , the Movie Segment Shares are sold and bought as Stocks in Stock market, and Brokers actually invest in Big Movie Production Houses
Of course the Industry employs Thousands various workers so you are really creating new Jobs in country. These behind the scene jobs , or roles
The industry was mainly left as an Orphan between 70's and 80's and it really has not fully recovered untill recently to some extent

- National Goal Should exist to make at least 150 Movies Locally in Pakistan each year with Government Grants
- Naturally each movie has need for 10 Songs per movie 1500 Songs sponsored for Movies
- National Goal should exist to make 100 Silver screen Drama Serial per year
- Sponsor 100-500 Poetry Work (collections by different artist) per year
- Sponsor 100-500 Novels per year
Of course the Industry employs Thousands various workers so you are really creating new Jobs in country. These behind the scene jobs , or roles
- Writer
- Song Writers
- Make up crew
- Sound crew
- Light crew
- Stage setup people
- Movie editors
- Sound Editors
- Marketers doing promotion
- Producers (they actually bring investment)
- Songs are sold in radio , CD/DVD , iphone
- Cinema workers , gate ticket workers
- Cinema general labourers
- Choreographer and dance performers
- Musicians who play notes for songs /orchestra
- Then also schools / Universities also employ teachers who teach some of this skills
- Lawyers who develop contracts for people
- Accountants who do tracking of taxes or payments
- Banners and posters workers who publish these posters across city
