Should KAMRA be extended to 4 Provinces of Pakistan?

Weaker Provinces must get first Chance like Balochistan ,KP or may be even Gilgit ,Azad Kashmir

not only that but the most backward of the weaker provinces, and that too in the remotest parts where people walk 15 km to buy powder milk...so the real justice is done this time

My thought is If Pakistan can Manufacture all is Military Factories & Equipment in Balochistan & KP,

Which Army factories which are, Mostly in Punjab & some in Sindh .

It creates a message, for subtle discrimination ,
of "Other provinces" & "Punjabi Dominance"

If Pakistan wants Stable & Good Situation in Balochistan & KP,
Then I say ,make all Military Factories , Airforce ,Bases & Factories in Balochistan .


Because if the new Army Factories will shift to Balochistan .
It will not only stabilize Balochistan ,
But also improve the Security of the province,

Also will give some income ,taxes & employment,
to the poorest ,weakest & war torn province, i.e., Balochistan.

It will remove all discrimination charges like "Punjabi Army" , Anti-Baloch, 'Anti-Pasthun' Army etc

I say instead of Extending it all 4 provinces,
Pak Army-Factories must mostly be extended to Weaker & poorer Provinces .

very ambitious plan, but keeping in mind the resources in hand and economical challenges, does not seems like a practical plan.
existing one has been expanded over the years. but at what rate?

in my POV first step could be a dedicated facility for JF 17 which can make us 100% indigenous.

Well workforce can always be conslidated on different projects What I tried to show is we do have tremendous amount of work internally in Pakistan alone , not even looking at International Orders

Also once we have a good Established Manufacturing center 4-5 Factories , we can divide the work between centers and also focus on international sales

It would be great for Future Azm Project (dedicated Team) or JF17 Block 3 (Dedicated Team)

It just seems logical to have 4-5 Factories setup it is upto military to assign it's engineer force across Factories depending on needs

You create the facilities where there is infrastructure ... not the other way around. In Balochistan, the only viable city might be Quetta but the issue would be, who would want to live in Quetta?

The other part I dont understand about this argument about moving facilities is about ethnicity. We are all Pakistanis first and everything else second. There should be free movement of labor in Pakistan regardless of what part they are born in. Nothing should stop any Pakistani to work anywhere in the country they like. And if that is not the reality, change that first instead of trying to work around the problem with nonsense solutions.

I'd also add here that PAC houses an entire complex with multiple factories, not just the one.

1 Peshawar
2 Location, in Punjab

Are all reasonable extension of a successful program

I believe , you create the infrastructure for a new factory

Military assigns workforce according to their needs and same is true with how each facility should have similar standard of quality

It's 5 factories run by Pakistani Engineers /officers from Pakistani Military

Of course there are other advantages for having 5 Factories

Candidates for Successful Expansion

• KAMRA
• HIT
• Locomotive Manufacturing (Railways civilian Company)

There is no rule in world that states you must have exactly 1 Factory

5 Factory means

• More Research
  
• More Production
  
• More Quality
  
• No Delays
• Engineers spand more time on plane , and give you better quality checks

Now which cities get what is upto Military but well understood all facilities are similar in capabilities with the Helicpter factory being Unique

this title and this debate is useless. we need to focus on improving. nevertheless, we should spread the key center of excellence around the country not just focus in one area or province. this was the mistake done by civilian as well as military leaders. it is time to correct it. concentrating in one area or region is always never right. this is exactly what Pakistan did. there is a need to establish engine research and manufacturing facility. that should be done in turbat. the SUPARCO center of excellence should be established across the country etc.
