Should India send troops to Afghanistan?

per OFFICIAL DOCUMENTATION Afghanistan received 108 billion dollars of US economic AID and around 80 billion dollars from other Non USA countries since 2001
this is separate from military expenditure
to put it in prospective, its 5x times CPEC size, for country which is 8X times smaller in population so its 40x times percapita more spending
no wonder when you go to kabul you see hospitals, schools and universities, they just dont have a dialysis center for which poor afghanis have to travel to peshawar
