Why not? India should safeguard their investment there and you also don't need transit from Pakistan as you have very strong relations with Iran. And it will also boost your image of regional power.

Training is Fine.... even selling of Defence Equipments is Fine

But not in the form of AID...

We in past along with Iran have supported Northern Alliance in every way possible.If we want to keep Pakistan preoccupied in Afghanistan then,if need be we should not hesitate to commit one mechanised division toAfghanistan ,only if Gov Of Afghanistan asks for it.

ANA is improved form of Northern alliance and not to forget Iran shares our interests and unlike USA we can transport in and out of Afghanistan via Chabahar Port.Yes it's same as fighting Pakistan,we would be undermining Pak's influence by our presence over there.Don't you remember where did our hijacked plane had landed ??

Exactly dude - India should deploy 100K-200K troops in Afghanistan to support them and fight against insurgents, as India is already experienced in this so she can perform better than NATO.
