The answer is no, if you love your hands.

Cheers.

Last year I was in Pakistan for over 6 months

I talked to a gun dealer whose guidance was

1- know who the gunsmith is and what tools and materials he is using, if you don't know, don't buy

2 - when buying a local made gun
Ask yourself what materials is the original gun made of
If the original gun in the U.S for example has different materials gone into making the trigger, barrel, springs etc then NEVER buy a local copy that will most likely be steel, as it may look great but everything is wrong
He said only trust a local weapon if you trust the gunsmith and the weapon he is reproducing is made from the same materials the original is made from

He gave the example of Torkarev or TT which is post WW2 era
Because the original weapon is essentially steel, the gunsmiths here obtain decent quality steel and make a more accurate replica that is more reliable

.
Depends !!
If you get yourself a well made aluminum frame gun(Beretta Copy)(Not a polymer Frame Gun) & use POF rounds
With an original barrel & recoil spring along with an original mag
Chances of failures are as good as zero
The sights might give you some trouble but test fire your piece prior to accepting it and you might have something that you can actually rely on

A pakistani will sell you anything and say anything for the sale. Never trust him in money matters

guys i m heading to pakistan for vacations this summer
can someone guide me how to obtain a license for lets say a 9mm
and an AK type rifle.
i want to buy legally
and original fire arms with original ammo

.
Good for you.

Take it to the range and shoot daily.

You must have gotten the lowest of the low quality. I have used darra made weapons and never faced issues. If you opt for a hybrid pistol, that is mix of original and local parts, it works as good as original one.

Its easy to get 9mm license, these are for every province. There is also an all Pakistan license, bit difficult to get and higher fee. Also i dont think licenses are available for AK47, need to check which rifles are allowed.

Everywhere is a range here lolz. I do agree nothing can beat the original one in quality but that has a very high price too. In Pakistan we get a top quality hybrid 9mm at around 50 to 70 thousand PKR, while the original ones are above 3 laakh.

30 bore pistols are very good. They tend to fire off automatically when you drop them lol but overall, reliable and good for dara quality.

Rest of the guns, for personal serious use, definitely no. For fun, shooting, definitely. Cheap as hell.

The ammunition though is a different matter. Extremely crappy quality, duds or damage the gun.

My cousin amongst many weapons had a 30 bore

It fired and fired well, over many months it was used many times without issue
But it seemed VERY loud, even in open air it gave out ear ringing loudness

Inside a building the sound would be intolerable

I don't know if all 30 bore are this loud
