Thats his opinion, not the opinion of the the Government of Goa. Secondly, they need to bring such an bill trough the legislation and contest it at a higher court because such laws clearly violate individual freedom and several fundamental points of the constitution!

It's about time that we stop acting lunatic and start respecting women, treating them as equals. There is no way you can force all the culture/religion and what not only on women but when it comes to men he can do what he wants.
