Uhh ... more Indian propaganda. Your police officers gun down crowds of demonstrators in Kashmir every week. Why don't you worry about your own problems before sticking your nose into someone elses' business. This is the reason why India is such a failure; they "worry" about other people's problems without caring for their own. LOL :rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

Well, its unacceptable, no doubt about it, however i'm glad he didn't did something like this instead, talking about crocodile tears LOL

Indian propaganda as I say. And the above photo was from 3-1/2 years ago ...

Usa is at the bottom of the pile wrt police brutality.
Why is china comparing itself to the worst ?
Do u condone this chinese act against a toddler ?
Some Chinese consider this event as an opportunity to smear American police.

I guess anti-American mindset triumphs condemning local police brutality. Or maybe they fear consequences from CCP for doing so.

With USA flag I made the mistake of assuming english comprehension would be easy for you.

Read my post again and this time make an effort to understand.

LOL Look who is talking here, it was obvious the woman was physically assaulting the police to which the cop responded. If the Utah Nurse would be doing that to the cop, she would have been shot.
That seems a little overboard but things like that do escalate here in the US :-(

I understand fully what you're saying : Chinese police brutality and more :blah::blah::blah:. But if you compare it to our police, their's are undoubtedly overall more civil and less inclined to kill someone for minor incidents. Sure, there are unfortunate events such as the one above, but they more isolated than here in the states. It would be hypocritical not to bring the US police force into comparison if you're just going to blame the Chinese.

Why the repost? Why don't you just go over to the American forum and check out the thread started by a Chinese member last week:

... once again isolated incidents

Tommy Le was supposed to graduate on June 14 at Career Link, an alternative high school completion program at South Seattle College but he was dead hours before the celebration began.

According to the Seattle Times, the student, who has been described “goofy” and “bubbly” by his teachers and schoolmates, was shot and killed by a sheriff’s deputy in King County just hours before his graduation.

The shooting is still under investigation by the sheriff’s Major Crimes Unit as details surrounding his killing has been marred with some inconsistencies.

Why go to China, when you can find millions of examples close to home?

Seems to be police brutality week in the world...
Police officer throws woman to ground and baby in her arms slams head on the cement.

A disturbing video that shows how a woman and a small child are thrown to the ground by a local Shanghai policeman became a trending topic on Friday, sparking wide debates on police use of force in China. A video that shows a Shanghai policeman pushing down a woman holding a small child in her arms is going viral on Chinese social media on September 1. With millions of views on Weibo and WeChat, the incident is sparking a wide discussion on police brutality in China.

In the video, that was recorded in Shanghai’s Songjiang district on Friday morning, a woman can be seen arguing with a policeman while she is holding a crying child in her arms. As the conflict continues, the officer suddenly pushes the woman to the ground, causing the baby to fall from her arms and landing on the sidewalk. Other footage after the incident shows that the fall has left the woman’s face badly swollen and bruised.

The policemen in the video were allegedly checking for illegal parking. Shanghai Songjiang police confirmed on Weibo that the incident is currently under investigation and that the policeman involved has now been suspended. The woman and the child were sent to the hospital.

The video triggered much discussion on Chinese social media under the hashtag “Woman holding baby pushed down by police” (#抱娃女子被民警绊摔#), which had over four million views by Friday afternoon. Chinese netizens are divided over the issue, with some condemning the policeman’s violent actions and others blaming the woman for provoking an officer while carrying a child in her arms.

“You don’t even care for your own child, and push the police while using the kid in your arms as your shield. Now you’re playing the victim,” commenters said. Some also said that some footage of the incident circulating online was deliberately edited to leave out the part that shows the woman acting hostile towards the police.

But many also think the police use of force, in this case, cannot be justified: “I only want to say that those two policemen did not even bother to check if the child was ok after it fell to the ground,” a person named Isaha commented.

“It’s alright for the police to use force, but in this incident, they should have considered the baby,” a typical comment read.

Other internet commenters – possibly members of the state-backed 50 Cent Army – used the incident to show some patriotism: “If you love our country and the Communist Party you should not criticize the police. When you forward information like this, you’re telling people that our police is violent, and that this is how our government works, but we should be against spreading that message – where’s your patriotism?!”

This is not the first time discussions on the use of force by Chinese police flare up on Chinese social media. In 2016, the death of the 29-year-old Beijing resident Lei Yang while in police custody sparked online outrage, with netizens connecting the fatality to police brutality.

“Regardless of what sh*t excuse the Shanghai police comes up with about the use of force (..), everyone can see, and it is more visible in the video than in the image, how this bastard uses the technique that he learned in police academy to push the woman to the ground, while her baby is flying mid-air on the floor. He completely ignores the baby; and not just him, also his colleague, who also rushes to clamp the woman down while ignoring the crying baby,” a netizen from Guangdong wrote.

No matter if netizens defend the police’s right to use force or side with the woman, there is one thing commenters all seem to agree with. “The baby is innocent,” they say: “It should have been left out of this conflict from the start.”

State tabloid Global Times responded to the issue on Friday night through their official WeChat account, claiming that the woman who was pushed down by the police “had a mysterious smile on her face upon discovering that bystanders sympathized with her because of the child.” Global Times notes the woman’s “mysterious smile” on its WeChat account.

On Weibo, some commenters wondered why Global Times would post such a thing: “It’s not her [the woman] that’s grim, it’s the person who wrote this.”

“Their imagination is too big,” some said: “This woman’s face is distorted because of her injuries; who would have a smile on their face after being beaten like this? Global Times must think others are as stupid as they are if they believe they’d follow their way of thinking..”

Magdiel Sanchez's (pictured) family says his death should be investigated on the state and federal levels

The family of a deaf man who was fatally shot by an Oklahoma City police officer said the cop should be arrested and the shooting needs to be investigated on state and federal levels.

In a statement released through their attorney, family members of Magdiel Sanchez called for the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and U.S. Department of Justice to open separate investigations into the shooting of their loved one.

'We are devastated by Magdiel's death and the fact it occurred at the hands of (Oklahoma City police) even though he was not a suspect for any crime, was not breaking any laws, and was standing in his own front yard with his trusted walking stick,' the family said in the statement.

'It is truly unconscionable that a man in Magdiel's condition and circumstances would be killed by the very people who the community looks to for protection.'

The statement, released by attorneys Melvin Hall and Damario Solomon-Simmons, said Magdiel was completely deaf and also developmentally disabled.

The family also accuses Oklahoma City police Chief Bill Citty of rushing to release information before an investigation is complete in an attempt to 'taint the investigation in his officer's favor.'

Police have said officers who responded to a hit-and-run accident Tuesday night encountered the 35-year-old Sanchez holding a metal pipe. Witnesses yelled 'he can't hear you' before the officers fired, but they didn't hear them, police said.

Police have said officers who responded to a hit-and-run accident Tuesday night encountered the 35-year-old Sanchez holding a metal pipe. Witnesses yelled 'he can't hear you' before the officers fired, but they didn't hear them, police said.

The Oklahoma Association for the Deaf said Friday that police have reached out to the organization since the shooting, but that more needs to be done, including teaching officers to recognize the deaf and learn to visually communicate with those who can't hear.

Association Treasurer Johnny Reininger told The Associated Press through an interpreter that not all deaf people use sign language and many use hand and arm gestures to communicate.

'At this time our deaf community feels frightened,' Reininger said. 'This is a very sticky situation right now between the deaf community and the police force.'

Training programs are in place for recruits and current officers, said police Capt. Bo Mathews.

'Recruits who go through the academy... receive four hours of training on dealing with the deaf and hard of hearing,' Mathews said. 'Every year we have to go through mental health training, so we receive training, not just on hearing disabilities, but mentally challenged people as well.'

One of the sessions is titled 'communication with the deaf and hard of hearing,' according to Mathews.

'Chief Citty is in contact right now with the Oklahoma Association (for the Deaf) and he plans to discuss with them further about the shooting that took place,' Mathews said. 'We're always receptive to ways to improve.'

One officer fired a Taser at Sanchez and the other a gun. Sgt. Chris Barnes, the one who shot the gun, is on administrative leave pending an investigation.

Mathews, a 30-year veteran of the Police Department with five years in the homicide division and four years in internal affairs, said he doesn't recall a similar shooting by police in the city.

I agree with you on that point, if she was a man, it can't be news.

Or is it just Cherry picking by feminazis

I found this news on Weibo and realized that this news has nothing to do with feminists. It is associated with Women's "Vulnerable", from the traditional point of view. Therefore, even without feminism, a woman injured by the police will receive more attention than a man with the same experience.

Nobody talked about feminism there. Most people talked about laws, rules, and hijacking of morality. Yes, most people supported the police, because this woman does violate traffic laws and attacked the police first.

This woman is actually taking advantage of this kid. She wanted to use this way to make the police don't strike back.
