Sorry but no installing google services is not piracy, Cyanogen Roms (now defunct) users must install google services and never once my google services were disabled when I was using those roms on my phone.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Huawei will still find a way round this restriction. Not to mention Huawei working on its own OS is another thing coming our way.

I never called Harmony as mature but it is something that Huawei had been working on for sometime yet you blatantly called it as disappointing, strange how you reached that conclusion. Huawei OS is already being tested and improved constantly and several major chinese manufacturers will be using it. As the system matures it can give android run for its money, and Google is fully aware of that. Huawei is also actively encouraging developers to populate its app store and so far had spent over a billion dollars at it.

Harmony OS wont be replacing Android with in year or so but slowly gradually it is the only viable alternative to iOS and Android.

Who told you that? Tech savy constitute quite a large number of buyers. Trump cannot do anything on IPR on China. China will instead teach Trump a lesson. If US wants to play hard. China can ban starbuck, Mac and other US companies for the final solution. China rare earth are sold at rock bottom prices. Sure US can restart their rare earth mining. But at what prices? 5x the price of what China sold them? China is a superpower, same status as Soviet Union pit against US in the 70s scenario. China and US sit on the same level. You punch me once and I will give you a tight slap back.

There is no way US can beat China without getting yourself burn.
