Let me assure you there is no shortage of onions in India.

Thanks to untimely rain and hoarders the prices rised like hell.

The onion import from Pakistan was a temporary solution to curb prices which failed outrightly due to poor quality and smelly onion.

After very few consignments Government of Pakistan banned the exports and yet nobody is starving in India.

Like I posted earlier a politicial party rather managed to sell the Onions at Rs.9/KG.
