I think by the end of this year, otherwise there was no reason for Shenzhou 9 being launched in June.

I never worry about the capability of China, they are always going to succeed as far as i known.

I think it go to do more with China super computer as China advances and they build more powerful computer. As far as I know, this super computer can simulate very complicated scenario which minimises large amount of possible error and further reduces risk.

The reason why China is able to buy a 5th gen fighter is possible aided by super computer too....
