Body language is important.. If the two were leaning towards each other, that would mean they are both interested, when one is leaning and the other is not..that means one is trying to convince and the other seems not so much but open and listening.. but then there is more to it..the hands positions, The General is saying "together" or "hand in hand" and the Cheikh is saying we have nothing to hide.. so the combination of these facts plus the facial expression will give a good assessment of what is going on.. IMO there is nothing bad, there are more positive signs than negative ones and it all depends on the context and the moment of taking the picture..
