May bless this baba jee. We should support him in his good cause @zulu @ps3linux @graphican

Let me check it out next time I am going to in-laws in charsadda. Excellent effort love it with this kind of fertile land (Charsadda,Mardan etc) it will be soothing for the eyes, although the greenery of the area is already very pleasant. Fresh vegetable, salad, and some fruits(peaches etc) of this area are exceptional. According to Maslow this is self actualization, gentleman has picked up a great hobby or mission.

People normally avoid planting fruit trees at home or their land which is really bad pretext is that there is lot of garbage due to fruit plants. The other side is while it is true that fruit plant shed leaves but they do produce lot of fruits which can be eaten by people. I have fig, falsa, cheeku, 4 varieties of grapes, guava, avocado and pineapple planted at my place. I give away fruit plants as I have a lab to experiment and raise them.

Other day I entered my street and found a women with children eating under the shadow of our fig plant. I stopped by and asked if they needed something else she told me that they were eating Roti with the fig and just needed cold water and may be some money. Its gives one satisfaction due to the fact the fruit plants in our home is useful for Alllah's makhlooq.

I don't know why Motorway & Highway Authorities don't plant fruit tree alongside roads instead of their beloved safiada.

Planting trees is a sadiqa-e-jaariya...people can sit under the shade of the trees on a sunny day and if its a fruit tree then they can eat as well. In addition, the trees helps clean the air and reduce multiple types of pollutants, reduce noise, help against soil erosion and above all it is the sunnah of our Holy Prophet (Peace be upon him)

Those damn eucalyptus trees are now becoming a driving hazard on M2, in April while I was driving on M2 towards Islamabad and there was strong wind I saw one such tree break and fall on the road on the other side luckily there was no one near that crappy tree otherwise it would have been a disaster. Today I saw one small tree just one foot away from the road once it grows it will become a true hazard for commuters.

Damn these incompetent bureaucrats, they deserve to be hanged before politicians.

Eucalyptus and Sufaida trees also consume quite a large amount of water yet they're being grown everywhere.

Print and electronic media screw those idiots they are funded by their foreign sponsors only to spread negativity about Pakistan. Social Media is the future, Bank Alfalah and Pakistan Cricket Team has recently learned this valuable lesson (although knowing both I have my doubt this lesson will last long). Let us spread positivity about our country.

Man just search about Pakistani Cuisine on wikipedia go through individual links of Kashmir, baltistan, KPK, Punjab, Sind, Karachi, Balochistan the list seems endless and mind boggling. Find me one country which has so much diversity in food. Same goes to our people, our culture, our languages, our crops, our climate, our fruits, even our religious believes and political affiliations these are our strengths.

Our enemy has been using it to divide us the day we learn to embrace this diversity we as a notion will become great.

I would go and meet him when i get time. As i am on the same line as he is. Though my contribution to the cause is very little as compare to his. Nature first.
Good, do that and if you can contribute financially that will be even better because it is a very noble cause.
