I find it very irrelevant why living under $5.5 is essentially bad? how come $5.5 has the same meaning across the globe. Every country should have their own poverty line benchmark as per cost of living in that particular country.

Yeh. Did you notice the Gangadeshi's are conspicious by their absence. Trillion dollar, Trillion dollar that. Mars flight. But Ganga's and Banga's have more people living in absolute poverty then Pakistan. I won't even go into their open pooping fame.

Gap of poverty between Pakistan and India/bangldesh was more wider in the past and hopefully Pakistan improve the condition of poorest people
