Now, every few days, an embarrassing and unspeakable incident comes to light and then the statements of the Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Ministers and senior police officers begin. And then just wait for another event to happen ... Syed Atiqul Hassan's appeal to the sad rulers. . . . .
