Dear you need to follow Islam first yourself. You are declaring Jahanumi and Janati like you have the rights. Even they don't follow don't call them jahanumi. No muslim should call other jahanumi even other is kafir until he died and here you are declaring muslim a jahanumi just because he is following some culture. What do you think why they are recording things? Show off? No when the time comes if marriage doesn't go well and come to divorce they can file the case and demand these things back and they will have evidence as this video. Just for caution because when things goes to divorce they say we didn't give me this or that and often don't return gold, money cash etc.

I do know well enough and I am getting your point but things doesn't work this way in Pakistan be it bahiya, punjabi, sindhi etc. But there is no way you start calling them jahanumi. You don't even know if these things was demanded or it was their parent will to give to their children then they can give and not as demanded by groom or bride.

These people indulge in show off which is highly disgusting and check their big beards and religious appearance but they are not practicing true spirit of Islam. Such people perform & boast about their multiple Hajj & Umra and force others to call them "haji saab" but they never help a poor in their neighbourhood and rather hurt their feelings through such show-of and spread the disease of jealousy in the society.
And most of them give this dowry to deprive the girl of her rightful share in inheritance so they do exact opposite of what Islam teaches.
That's why people like NS and Ishaq Dark have ruled this country because they have mastered this art of "riakari" and apparent religiosity. Our society has become hypocrite.
