So he'e the Bathija of Sham Lal?
Sounds curious with the etymology of the name if read in either Hindu or Urdu.
Although may have a different meaning in Darri or Farsi.

Well if the representation of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan can be done better by a Hindu then sure, we should welcome that Hindu and present him noble greetings and mention that you are a true representative of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan cause if nothing else then Sher Malang says so!
