This development work is really good. The Southern Punjab needs some sustainable administrative structure. The best option definitely is provincial status to the Southern Punjab. If this option is not viable than at least fully functional commissioners, DC's, a permanent High Court and a separate secretariat of important departments e.g. Education, Health etc.

The problem with Sharif's is, they are not used of power sharing. Power controlling is always a big problem, creates frustration and saturate the people.

These proposals are under consideration for a long time. Somehow the other they couldn't be a reality.

This is all linked with power sharing.

See the example of local governments, did they take any step on it?

This is not only with Sharif's, but with all the parties. IK is doing the same in KPK and PPP in Sindh.

All the parties are working on the central controlling system. Power sharing is a sort of death for them.
