They are the minority. As I always stated, people on both sides of the border are too busy trying to survive to bother about hating anybody. Once in awhile, vitriolic hatred flares up due to nationalism incited by some chamcha or another or the media. There were once open areas which linked our countries as kin even after the Mughal invasions. SADAC regions regard themselves as Nguni kin. They effectively have the same culture. They have their differences but settle it as brothers and not enemies. They have an open border policy which works well. It is a pity that India and Pakistan cannot mature up their level.
