It is not mutiny but ppp and pmln will play it out, but one need to hit where it matters which is Bajwa and his confidant.
You see, ppp and pmln harsh on Establishment but careful not to incite. PTI is less experienced.

yes Bajwa wants Blasphemy law applied on crticising or hating on army.
