Sir G, actually C130 is military cargo/transport, option of seats/stretchers could be installed with in short time as need arises. In past PIA was using another version for passenger services in bad weather to northern areas. Even now-a-days PIA sometimes leasing for passengers recovery from northern areas.

Achhaaa I was thinking C130 is a business jet made by Gulf stream
