Tell that to your fellow Chinese who insisted that UN recognition is a requirement to be considered an independent country.
If you meet a man who has no forms of birth documentation, no identification such as a driver's license, and not a shred of links to the government, are you going to say that he does not exists, even though he is literally standing in front of you ?
Taiwan is an independent country, no matter what any body, including China, says.
The US says there is one China and Taiwan is part of China ? Fine, that is just to appease Chinese sensitivities. But you cannot deny the opposite that we sell weapons to Taiwan to the degree that the PLA leadership is hesitant in engaging a war to take down Taiwan.
A driver's license is a form of identification that is acknowledged by the government. But as a grown man with grey hairs, I do not need that acknowledgement to see myself as a distinct human being.

you need to refer to this thread

If you are insistent to say Taiwanese be an independent country enjoying all the conditions of a "full-fledged" country as bestowed by the UN and other organizations, so be it.
The situation of their legitimacy in the UN charter is just one of the conditions to deny their sovereignty.
You also need to improve your critical analysis and logical thinking dusregard of age and what-ever.
