was Ajmal Kasab really an Indian Citizen with UP state domicile?
was he a Pakistan domiciled Citizen?

I know that what matters is not the truth but what is made or sold succesfully to look like truth
it was accepted even by Cango and teletubbie land that Ajmal Kasab was Pakistani so it doesnt matter if he wasnt

Problem is that acquiring false identity papers is not too difficult for a resourceful person/organization even in the European countries. Criminals often do it because if you do not look different from the ordinary man on the street and can speak the language with the proper accent, chances are that you would pass the standard inspection at the checkpoint without too much trouble. That is why these days that are electronic /eye retina check installed at many airports.

However, even these can be fooled if the record exists at the Passport Issuing Office. A few years back, because he was involved in a serious accident, a man was caught with a dozen or so blank UK passports in the boot of his car. It
turned that he was an employee at the home office responsible for issuing the new/replacement passports. Upon receiving his asking price ( as much as £20K), he would issue a brand new passport with a proper record at the Home Office computer. Only that there would be no physical file of the person in the Home Office Records storage.

My point is that it is extremely difficult to check 'Nationality' of a person without physically making inquiries at the permanent address of the passport holder as written in the passport. Since Pakistanis & Northen Indians do not look too different, someone like Ajmal Kassab would have been able to get a proper domicile without too much difficulty.
