Service charge should 'ideally' be used to compensate servers when customers don't tip. I'm sure Pakistani business owners don't practice this but still.

Last time i went there, there were piles of donkey shytt lying on the road and i had to cover my mouth to walk thru that main road.

So i cud care less to visit it.
