Serial Blasts in Jaipur

Police response was swift..withing 3-4 minutes. Area was evacuated quickly and all injured were transferred to hospitals.

Unofficial figures say 50+ dead and 2 bombs diffused.

Blasts were very powerful, RDX was used in all blasts. Professional job.

Thank goodness its a BJP ruled state....

.
but indian [magic] police will know after five minutes this is happen from ISI and LASHKER TAIBA.after 1 hour of blast.

OK guys. Lets lay off the sarcasm. It is a tragedy that so many innocent people were killed - lets leave it at that until more details come out.

2 Hanuman temples were targeted...to create communal tensions in the city.

60+ people dead in unofficial figures.

Any foreign citizens (UK). I have a friend who has gone there with his wife and sister though I think its Udaipur where he has gone.

Regards

News channels are saying that tourists might have been injured since the targeted areas were all popular tourist spots.

Very premature evidence, based on the type of explosive, method of detonation and intelligent inputs received before and immediately after the blasts, indicate that B'desh based group HuJi might have been involved.

It is just a suspicion, no solid proof as yet.

. . .
So when exactly should we get ready to be blamed??

You are worried about who will get blamed ? What about the innocents killed ? Obviously this is a terrorist action. Whoever supports terrorists even morally should also get blamed.

But why are they attacking?

Jehad....(assuming that it was HuJi)....Harkat Ul Jehad al Islamia....

The astonishing thing is, that Jaipur has no history of communal violence. They are trying to create something that didn't exist.

Rest assured, at the moment, Hindus are starting to hate muslims in Jaipur.

Harkat-ul-Jihad-al-Islami - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

HuJI or HJI was formed in 1984 by Fazalur Rehman Khalil and Qari Saifullah Akhtar, as the first Pakistan-based jihadist outfit, during the Soviet-Afghan War.[2] Khalil later broke away to form his own group Harkat-ul-Ansar (HuA), which later emerged as the most feared militant organization in Kashmir. This group would later re-form as Harkat-ul-Mujahideen (HuM), when HuA was banned by United States in 1997.[2]

HuJI first limited its operations in Afghanistan to defeat the communists, but after Soviets retreated, the organization exported jihad to Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir at ISI and Pakistani establishment's patronage. HuJI's footprint was extended to Bangladesh when the Bangladesh unit was established in 1992, with direct assistance from Osama bin Laden.[3]

The terrorism in Pakistan is related to the Taliban not being able to impose their version of Islam, and fighting NATO in Afghanistan, the Balochistan violence is over lack of development, the Kashmir violence is over "Freedom".

My point is that behind "Jihad" there is typically a specific reason that motivates the formation of these groups and their activities. I was wondering what that reason was for HuJi.

India has to deal with its its inter-community issues as best it can. It would be wrong, and simply exacerbate the situation, to simply blame all Muslims, especially when, as you mentioned, the area has no history of communal tension.

However people are the same everywhere - its hard to predict how they will react.

India is considered as unconquered lands by jehadi groups.

They want to "reclaim" Hindustan from the hindus by destroying the state.

The recent attacks on courts, temples, mosques are meant to create distrust and weaken the rule of the state.

They are also sympathetic to the kashmir problem.

They probably have a website as well. You can google to find their cause.

Too bad...rumours spread...the PM, CM and Police Chief are imploring people to stay calm and avoid rumours and violence, and stay united.

However, I think that the terrorists have succeeded in their attempt to create communal disharmony.

Going by Always's post - A Kashmir connection with HuJI apparently, and seems they aren't averse to killing innocents.

Affiliation with the Deobandi School of thought (India) would explain how they managed to get local help, as Stealth seems to be suggesting.
