Guys, can you give me an example of any state that is truly Islamic or being run by sharia? Even Saudi which is the most conservative will not fit that category because it is a client state of USA like our Pakistan. Yet even though you agree that no state has yet managed to introduce "true Islam" you keep hoping it will be done some day? If it couldn't be done and you weren't satisfied for more than 1500 years then how will you be satisfied now?

Think about this. This is a very slippery slope. Pleasing the Islamist Mullah is never possible. When you will start praying with your paincha up they will condemn the small size of your beard, when you correct the size of your beard they will condemn your women for not wearing a more loose-fitted abaya. The process is endless.

Did the Catholics or Protestants ever do this? Did the Hindus allow the Buddhists to stay in India push them out to the Himalaya? Did the capitalist ever allow the communist to live let alone survive? Do the communists allow religious or capitalists to live freely? Look at the genocide of the American Indians: populations reduced from 10 million in the 1500s to 250K by the 1900s.

Didn't we take India's share of World's GDP to be number one during that span (25%)? (Bigger than either China or leading European Countries?) Only time their GDP share went down was after the East India Company sowed hatred for Muslims by taunting the Hindus: "how could you let yourself be ruled by the Muslims"? Look what happened to the Indian share of world's GDP soon after chaps from the East India Co showed up. British GDP share went up and up and India's went down because England took raw material from India to be processed in their own country.
