Sensationalism has made Pakistanis irrational regarding COVID 19 epidemic
it is all about chances, the stuff you bought a week ago has less chances of touch by infected person than the stuff you are going to purchase now ... woth each passing day the risk of things infected with virus will rise....
for not shaking hand with you i m totally with your neighbor, for more sense into your brain.... contact me..
That’s fine, but like I said the money in his pocket is the most touched thing he has. As he uses it, the change he will get is also recently touched.

I’m starting to think the smarter PDF members have migrated to reddit.

stay safe. I have a lax approach towards all of this. Mentality is that exposure will create antibodies, right? Plus I’m not an old man yet, so I can fight it, if necessary.

We are in a very shallow part of the learning curve on the virus. Young people are dying ... maybe not as many as the old. Different country are adopting different approaches. But there is no second chance to go back and repeat if you get it wrong. It's tougher when you're living with old people and kids. You have to lookout for them as well. Be smart. Stay indoors if you can. Treat every non household human as a carrier. Be aware of external shared surfaces. Practice stringent hand and face sanitization and quarantine. If you've left the home, when you come back treat yourself (everything you cross your door with) as potentially infected. And have a proper cleaning protocol and limit strictly what you touch and how you dispose your clothes, shoes, bag, mobile, keys before you bathe and change into new clothes. Wipe down door handles. Stair rails. Doorbell.

P.s. I just read your post on the money. Bang on. Pay by card. Insist on handling your own card into the machine. Sanitize hands after replacing card and punching your pin. Treat the inside of your wallet as infected. As well as the outside. Keep one place for the wallet and keys, and sanitize hands after handling them.

The closest I can describe is the movie I am Legend ... and I'm not kidding.

And did you have to do that? :azn:

Salaam doesn't have to be a handshake :D

Let the man do what he wants to do bruh.......hopefully he washes his hand after coming from outside/handling paper money or credit cards. :D

and this^

And you think littering makes you macho? :P

You mean the Theory of Evolution?? Which has been debunked like a thousand times by now?

I’m not dying to shake people’s hands. It was just instinctive to me as I typically do this after saying saalam.

I flicked the cigarette outside my gate. Guess who sweeps that place? Me, so I’d hardly call it littering.

your last point, I’m not going to address it.

I’m currently in bwp and everyone is wearing masks and hoarding shit they don’t need. Also hoarding hydroxychloroquine meds from all pharmacies ensuring anyone that actually needs them will not have access to them.

Also just saw my neighbor. Said salaam and tried shaking his hand. Guy refused and told me it’s due to virus. I said fine, but asked how he is going to protect himself from the money he is carrying in his pocket. Neighbor had a stunned look on his face as I flicked my cigarette towards him and went inside house.
Pakistanis are IVC Marshall race Muslims who don't fear death. You will be just fine

Don't be surprised - it is a typical reaction of illiterate cowards.

That's great. Eat lesser than normal. Workout.

I'm on a psychotic cleaning spree man. Brushes, scrubbers, buckets, 5 different cleaners, microfiber towels, brooms, just building a regular arsenal here. One room at a time.

Just the second day here. Plus I'm going to work as well.

Started with limited vessel washing duties yesterday. One thing led to another and extended to the cooking top, then the ovens, then the pinjras (cupboards with steel mesh), soon the entire kitchen.

Today I'm working on the master bedroom and bathroom.
Yeah spring cleaning is what i am doing at home too , nothing else to occupy me .

You smoke. Your lung capacity is already comprised. Don't be so sure

all about chances... there's chance that it is infected or may not be infected... so is the case with hand shake..

I flicked the cigarette at the ground towards the guy, not at his face. Some members here honestly make me think that COVID is a necessary step in the evolutionary process to weed out the weak and those of below average intelligence.
lol ... you jump to conclusions way too early... did my words hurt?, btw let me know your scale of measurement of intellectual capabilities on an online forum...? huh

Shouldn't you be at hospital fighting on front lines, given that you're a doctor?

You mean the Theory of Evolution?? Which has been debunked like a thousand times by now?
Who debunked it? And what's the alternative explanation for development of life on this planet?
