This is more about goondaism than communalism.
He aws angry about the bad quality of food, and mp wants the caterer to eat the food to make him realize how bad the food is. Normal people wouldve backed out after he refused to eat, but the mp went further and tried to force it into his mouth. Worker being a muslim ended up with the press making into a "communalism" incident.
