What is of more concern is when human beings are murdered or lynched [hello Mashaal] on the streets or found in gunny bags in Karachi like as if they were animals.

Not surprised. Last time I was in Pakistan I saw a disgusting fight between two dogs and this was just outside Rawalpindi and no 'Afghans'. Blood everywhere. Crowds were ecstatic. I saw a man holding a stick with lots of rope tied to it. You know what was hanging from them? Cats. And he dumped them over Jhelum rail bridge. I had gone there to tale pictures of the British era rail bridge over Jhelum river. It was disgusting. But you know what happens to human beings. So to open a thread on dog being shot when everyday normal people are being shot to death smacks of a agenda and ignorance.
