Arabs were getting cozy towards isreal even before revolution like Egypt ... or Jordan back in 1994 ... many Arab countries have established their relations with isreal back in 90s like Qatar ... so Iran ain't pushing anyone but their own wrong choices from supporting Taliban to have none democratic governments and being heavily depended on oil are the reasons that they can not stand as independent countries.. once it was british colonial power then america and now isreal as protector ... but as it seems some wanna say always there are others that push them not their own wrong doing ..
