Security forces surround 250 Maoists in Latehar during Jaal Char operation

Its gonna be the biggest blow to the maoists in recent time as Latehar has always been their stronghold and with that maoists movement will see a mega blow in whole Jharkhand and Bihar state.
PS: Operation is going on in other maoists strongholds like Palamu and Gharwa districts too.

They don't come with badges that say "hardliner", "softliner" etc. They are fighting as one armed unit.

Whoever surrenders, arrest them and interrogate them. Then prosecute them for waging war against the state (a capital offence). Kill the rest in combat.

That's a illogical argument, a genuine army operation is different than killing un armed men and women in police custody. Those maoists who surrender should be brought to justice, who ever refuses to surrender should be dealt with guns.
