Or better yet, expose their true face to the world. They are not fighting for Kashmiriyat, but for a caliphate. If Kashmiris want to retain their Kashmiriyat, their best option is to be part of India, and rely on Indian might to keep undesirables like these ones from breeding.

Because we want to minimize collateral damage, and win the hearts and minds of the local population - that's the first principle of succesful counter insurgency. Read about Operation Sadbhavna.

We made it clear that our fight is only against Pak trained terrorists, not Indian Kashmiris. Which is why once we put an end to infiltration, the insurgency died. On the other hand, your country is producing insurgents faster than your jets can kill them.
