This is an air to air MRAAM its RCS would be smaller than a cruise missile. But why does it even matter? Again you are comparing it to air to surface and surface to surface missiles. Its target would already know its coming through RWR.

AWACS would find and track the launching aircraft in the first place, plus, when it paints the target, the target will know it through RWR. So the RCS of the air to air missile becomes a moot point.

We are talking about SD-10 in BVR engagement. RWR would alert the target aircraft of a lock. MAWS are comparatively less common.

Delilah missile have datalink for intervention and target validation.

But at what aspect? Head on, chase, altitude etc? Because range will matter a lot.

70km can be taken as average.. tail chase might be lower, head on higher. . Just take the specs of AIM-120C5 and you have the exact analogue of what the SD-10A is.

Lock and painting, yes. Launch, no. But neither will MAWS at greater than 20-25 km range.

J20 prototype （No.2011-2013)has fitted with EODAS system,but the function is still unknown.

SD-10 is a little heavy.I'm wondering at what speed and height the 70km was tested
