i recommend we immediately have *all* pet species (dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, anything common enough as pets for either children, teens or adults), tested on incubation abilities for the COVID variants out there.
we can't afford to see our pets become incubators that could one day result in a more deadly and/or transmissible human variant that is resistent against our vaccines.

Time for the US to do gain of function in the US bio labs on these dog coronavirUSes. Make them into biological weapons.

Then have some Harvard professor -Lieber - set up a US lab in Shanghai where experiments are continued on these US obtained dog coronavirUSes that the US collected from feral dogs.
Have the US "gov't" fund the Shanghai lab.
Have the Shanghai lab be staffed by Westerners.
Arrest Chinese citizens in the US who are accused of having biological agents on them, accusing them of spreading dog virUSes in the US
Have US tell allies in Nov 2019 that there is a deadly outbreak in Shanghai that is a danger to the world, yet not warn the WHO or China. Watch China burn, while pretend to be incompetent about the outbreak.

Thus providing cover to trumps attack on the rise of China, to frame China for an outbreak trump started.
