Here is a scene from 24, let's see how many similarities you can find!

The show is from 2010, so it's 5 years ago...keep that in mind.

پیش بینی توافق هسته ای در سریال 24

The country opposing USA is a fictional country called "Islamic Republic of Kamistan (IRK)" which is obviously a stand-in for Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI).

(Disclaimer: This is just for fun, obviously there is no big conspiracy from a TV show, however, media does play a strong role, it isn't completely innocent either...)

Okay, so here goes,
  • The President of IRK's first name is Hassan like our current President, Hassan.
  • Negotiations is about IRK dismantling its nuclear program, Hassan is going to announce it.
  • IRK's Hassan considers it "a historical success" and a "new beginning for his country". Our Hassan also considers it a "Historical Victory" and a "New Beginning"
  • The final point they are disagreeing on is that the inspectors should be Americans. IRK's Hassan doesn't agree, and the Americans give in. In our timeline, Iran says will ban US experts from UN nuclear inspections
  • IRK's Hassan seems to bring his brother along to the negotiations. Our Hassan also had his brother in major parts of the negotiations. One is known as Farhad and the other as Fereydon. Close enough. They both are also the YOUNGER brother.
  • Claiming that if he (Hassan) agreed to it (Americans inspecting the sites), the National Assembly or Majlis would not ratify it. Which is usually what they would say in our timeline too.
  • "After all I am not a King", IRK's Hassan says. Neither Hassans have enough power to sign a deal alone.
  • The female president's right hand man (VP?) calls the IRK a salesman. IRI's has had that experience, "Israel derided Iran’s new President as an expert salesman"
  • The US President claims that the situation is a once in a life time opportunity. In our timeline, Obama says, "Obama: The Iran deal is a 'once-in-a-lifetime opportunity"
  • Hassan defends the deal to his brother by saying that, what have we surrender really? "6000 centrifuges is good for political purposes but it is bankrupting our economy". Sounds like the sort of thing that Rouhani would say in private, wouldn't he? With his "our economy should spin too" public speeches, and how his aides (like Salehi) claiming that it doesn't have a economic benefit anyway.
  • "We got everything we wanted" from Hasan IRK and "Rouhani: Iran Got Everything it Wanted from the Nuclear Deal"
