dude,see the differences betn the two cases......kasab was arrested with a gun in his hand after killing many innocent people.......but GoP is hanging sarabjit with no concrete evidence,and thats what goi been telling.........we are trying to save a innocent,who is going to be hanged only on suspicion,see why he was sentenced to death in the previous page (on that particular day).........get your head clear buddy,and give it a clear thought,lolz

If his confession on national TV is not a proof than I wonder what is?

btw, whats the defination of an innocent according to you and Indian media? We release one criminal on your request and he publically announces that he was caught while spying in Pakistan . So muchh of his innocense.

Ajmal kassab was arrested wiith a gun , thats what you indians think. Like anyone come on visit to pakistan and agencies could kidnap the person and show a picture with a gun in his hand. Would you consider that to be a proof ?

Indian prisoner Sarabjit Singh hung by a slender thread as Pakistan's Supreme Court on Wednesday dismissed his review petition challenging the death sentence handed out to him in 1991, leaving him at the mercy of a presidential pardon by Asif Ali Zardari.

Some how I think he will get a presidential pardon from Asif Ali Zadari.
Manmohan Singh will not let go of Sarbajeet Singh so easily.
Musshy said no to his pardon but i have my fingys crossed.
