Turkic races have always outclassed other Asiatic races in military skill and ferocity. Although I would agree with the overall idea, there are a couple of points that I would like to raise:

1) The GCC countries have been providing us with extended credit for our oil purchases. Not to mention a lot of investments in Pakistan.

2) Allowing people to come and work is not so straight forward. They calculate the representation from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Phillippines and try to maintain proportionate numbers.

6) Maybe we haven't approached the Arab League to join as an observer?

7) Licensing is our mistake. It is our job to protect those birds and stop issuing hunting permits.

With that being said, Pakistan has done its part for the Arab states.
Expecting us to fall in line at a Saudi command is ridiculous and offensive. I am not a Saudi subject, nor a slave (though many are treated that way in certain "brotherly countries")

A country must act in its self-interest - not in the self-interest of a few top politicians and Army brass. Pakistan's media has become free since the mid 2000s and this makes taking decisions against public opinion quite tough. Would Pakistan have sided with the Americans post 9/11 if the media were as strong? Maybe given them air space and bases - but I doubt if troops would have been given.

Instead of embroiling yourselves in war, Pak must go ahead and make that corridor with China. A prosperous Pak is in India and an indeed the world's interest. Just ingratiate yourselves with the world economy instead of playing the victim card.
