As KRL and AQ Khan has been facing many allegation since some years so I was considering that Saudi Arabia should hire AQ Khan along with his train personnels of KRL. These experts along with AQ Khan will be able work closely with each other on different project like on electronics, conventional weapons and other ammunitions and even on Missile technology that they want.

Saudis have got money and the best of the world is available to them they can get whatever they want from best of the world with latest an advance technologies.

the west is trying to limit an arms race in persian gulf -- so you'd be naiive to think that westerners or europeans would jump to support a Saudi nuclear program; at least until or unless the Iranians develop nuclear weapons

And in the process get Pakistan spanked too. Musharraf somehow managed to keep CIA claws away from AQ khan and CO but with your help.. they will try all the freindly methods like

mental & physical humiliation
