If women were to cover themselves with a burqa then sexual harassment will be low naturally. They also have a religious police called (muthawaas), to keep an eye.

just because your men dont have control of their Dxxks, the women have to loose their freedom.....why not ask your men to wear steel underwear with locks or something and the key can be given to the wife if married or his mom till he gets married ...that will also reduce sexual harrasment......

The authority never rescued girls and let them die because they were not wearing burqas which they feared would incite sexual excitement among men. So tell me something. The problem is the jobless youngsters and the solution proposed is to wrap up women instead of putting a leash on the rich brats. Excellent. The ultra-conservative Islamic state has said it has the right to stop women revealing 'tempting' eyes in public.
