Please don't feel bad. Realize that some Pakistanis who hate Saudi Arabia is because of some of the disastrous policies of its rulers - They do NOT hate the Saudi Arabian people - just the Pro-US policies of its rulers.

Even the british complain about how they are controlled by the US not just us. But the path to be free from a super power breathing down your neck is a long and hard one. It can be fought in a battlefield or fought the same way china is fighting it. through science and independence in industry and strengthening of the economy. It is the way we intend to fight the US influence and not fall under another influence by giving ourselves to china.

Okay lets see....Umm. How about MBDA Meteor which will give the typhoon a BVR ability when the US declined the sales of their BVR missiles to Saudis due to Israeli pressure. Also superior Avionics. Superior maneuverability. Longer range. Can integrate stealth settings in the future (Eurofighter Typhoon 2020 program) While when we offered to buy 200 F-16s the US would only agree with (Keeping the military balance in the region) so we went and bought a plane along with it came technology transfer too.

So the typhoon is a major F U to the US by Saudi Arabia.

The deal was that they wont give us full transfer of F-15 technology unless we buy with this amount. Also we picked the F-15s technology because our air force loves it and have learned to work with it and pretty much mastered it better than any other air craft.

Well if it is for TOT then why not order more EFTs. UK is giving full TOT as per your claim so why not buy more EFTs. Also if KSA wanted TOT i think Russian could have been a better option, Well now you would say their equipment is not comparable with western, then why KSA is buying tanks and Mi17's from russia. Although Pakistan had offered full TOPT for Alkhalid tanks but KSA went for russian.

Then the indogenous assemply of the EFT project we did is stupid by your facts. The plan is to increase the fighter capabilty of saudi arabia by 800 for the airforce. And 72 for thenational guard and 126 for the navy. The eurofighter have been selected because it came with no strings attached and they allowed for ToT unlike the french rafale also all the typhoon ordered are tranch 3 which allows future work on it.
We do not want the F-35 because the americans sell downgraded versions of it to saudi arabia so our fifth generation fighter is going to come from either russia (PAK FA) or the chinese J20.
and btw the ones buying who you say are princes and kings this is the old saudi arabia but now each equipment we buy goes through vigorous testing and the typhoon passed in its part of our long term plan to produce our own fighter jet in the future and what better to do than to have the best twchs transferred.

How many did you assemble? does assembling mean TOT a big NO. Turkey assembles F-16s as well as well as integrate imported equipment into these F-16s that is not TOT. There are No more order except for those 72 Typhoon because saudis invested in more F-15s.

Please You do not want F-35 and hilariously you accepted F-15s. saudi arabia is a loyal customer of US F-35 is natural to be inherited but once israelis induct them in good number as well as master them good. There are no chances of pak-fa in rsaf beside pak-fa is just another poorly designed next generation SU family Jet. US won't let royals slip out of their hands. Too risky for China to ever sell J-20 to saudis due to the nature of saudi royals upon US request they can even let US get to know J-20.

The plan is over the years the precentage of the aircraft made in saudi arabia will be 50-69-75-90% and as i said because turkey got the f-16 tech it anounced that it will start developing its own aircraft there are steps to do things and this is one of them.

And our boys already in the uk in the typhoon factory helping the assembly of the typhoon to saudi arabia to get experience on it.

King faisal was a great man and so is abdullah. But the one in between were the disaster that hit saudi arabia. Last year there was an assassination attempt on abdullah by the way.

We destroyed our industry sir. In 1970 Pakistan was the most industrialized country in Asia. What has happened to us is our doing.

Since Saudi has paid a lot of money and so far the only non European buyer. Why don't they rename their typhoons with cool names such as (like the UAE F-16s are called Desert Falcons)
