There was a wide-scaled uproar over this incident in KSA. In the news, newspapers, social media etc. Such cases are very rare in KSA and actions like those (like in any other country) are highly unacceptable.

His Egyptian wife did not seek the death penalty and last time I checked mentally ill people in KSA do not tend to be executed anyway but are put in closed psychiatric wards.

At least this is happening more often than before.

You are in my house----don't address me in that manner. The wife don't need to---the child is a citizen of the state----the state has more rights than the parents---. The state needs to seek the death penlty---an expedited death penlaty.
