We should not send our female nurses there, you people know in Saudia no female worker protection offered even if a woman report a rape she would imprisoned and punished adultery or bring eye witnesses. You know why Zia ban female workers in all Arab countries. It will bring shame and dishonor to our country, it is sad to see some people are happy.

Bad fucking idea. They are going to abuse these women like they do with the Sri Lankan, Bangladeshi, and Indonesian female workers.

Exactly. Let's keep our mothers and sisters at home and train them here instead of sending them abroad to a foreign country.

really and these mothers and sisters are really safe in Pakistan?

.
How about keeping them at home and training them here? We have no shortage of hospitals and patients in our own country.
Disapora brings in billions of dollars into the country, without them we almost lose a quarter of our GDP.

You have no Idea what your talking about, Saudi Arabia did this to help us out - depending on the numbers these Nurses can bring in millions of dollars annually.

very nice step because nurses get salary of 7, 8 thousand riyal per month plus incentives for family this will help Pakistani Female Nursing Staff to fullfil their dreams after getting jobs inthis field and a huge source of revenue for Pakistan. Indian
Nursing staff in all gulf region earning billions of dollars in this field and living 500% more standard life than india itself because in india there they get only 20000, 25000 thousand rupee job but in gulf region they are getting 8000 AED/Riyals and huge source of income for their country same like doctors getting 15 to 25 thousands AED/Riyals per month
so how much does freedom cost ?

Unless the working conditions is good, unbiased & transparent ppl should not go to work there. South Asian community lacks the support other country's citizen receive if any untoward incident happens. Dont we constantly see brutality against those working there? Countries which send nurses/workers should work with Saudi govt to ensure that they are looked after fairly as per the rules.

If thats the perception, then keep them inside 4 walls.
However since they have already found a professional career then growth, experience, better salary should be sought out too. Medical field has a lot of growth potential.

In any case, better than sending them to KSA.

You can't even cater to the needs of almost 200 million Pakistanis at home and are willing to send more professionals abroad. Causing a workforce deficit at home for experience and salary growth abroad? Nice thinking.

Not everything should be about money and salary. For a change try to give your own country some preference. I know that being subservient has become part of our DNA, but try to think differently once in a while.

Let me put it this way, the part that I belong to our women are perfectly safe.

Money, money, money...

Bro, for once try to look beyond money. Think in terms of building your own nation instead of catering to the needs of others. We Pakistanis just love to serve and protect others. Just look where this got us today. I wish we had the same eagerness and courage to serve and protect our own land.

We don't even have a proper functioning health system in Pakistan and here we are ready to send our brigade of well-trained nurses abroad for more money. How about prioritizing the needs of our own nation first? This mentality won't get us very far.

It is a darn shame and pity that a nation of 180 million people has to survive on salaries and remittances from abroad. This narrow thinking has to change because it has shackled Pakistan for decades. We are literally wasting talent for peanuts. It is causing a brain drain in all sectors and we wonder why our economy is unable to perform accordingly.

We need to grow a spine and start thinking positively for Pakistan. Not KSA or any other country, but Pakistan.

Unless we don't change our outdated thinking about job creation and equal quality education for all we are bound to remain an impoverished labor factory for the rest of the world. That little insignificant remittance will remain an important aspect of our economy and GDP. We won't have the freedom to truly prosper as a nation and it will always confine our thinking like it is the case in this topic.

You mention India. Do you even realize how much economic gain India has made by investing in their own people and economy? Besides, this country has a massive population and can easily afford millions of people earning their living elsewhere. It doesn't affect their economy and populace in the slightest because their government doesn't compromise on good policy making. In fact, Indians searching for jobs outside their country in the current climate are complementing the positive policies of their respective government and other sectors. For them it is indeed a win win scenario.

Pakistan I'm afraid is a totally different case scenario. We do everything to screw up our own country and resort to desperate measures to survive. Our economic foundation is in shambles. Our home isn't in order. We don't think about providing good and equal job opportunities for the masses. Instead, we create an atmosphere of instability and chaos. Good paid jobs are only available for the elite. That is what we have done to the job market in Pakistan. We really need to rethink from top to bottom before citing examples about Indian professionals practicing their profession abroad and earning revenue for their country. Our state of thinking has to drastically change. We are not loyal with Pakistan and that is the inconvenient truth.

For the record, I'm not arguing against people migrating abroad for job opportunities, but the question arises. Why is the inept Pakistani state and other relevant sectors unable to create good job opportunities for skilled professionals at home? Why are we so eager and happy to send our people abroad for jobs instead of creating opportunities at home? Every individual of this planet has the desire to serve their nation. In Pakistan, this notion is quite the opposite and that really is a big shame.

Thats nonsense really. If you want to keep them safe, then keep them inside home.

Professionals who excel in their field will anyway find an opportunity for growth, u cannot stagnate potential and talent, thats backward thinking.
There cant be a deficit at home, since nursing colleges have graduates graduating every year.

Ofcourse, not everything is about money. I have explained before also, but you find it hard to comprehend certain important things.
Potential, talent, growth, exposure, experience seem new words for you. Medical field is evolving and will keep on evolving till this world remains. Its advisable to keep the learning curve exponential.
